Welcome to Pilates by Dona, where we blend the principles of Pilates with isometric holds and deep stretches to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and release tension.

What to Expect:

  • These sessions are designed to target and sculpt your entire body, with a primary focus on the glutes and legs.

  • Focusing on isometric holds increases muscle tension, which promotes muscle growth and  tendon health, contributing to improved joint function and stability. 

Be Prepared:

 My method is intense and dynamic! You will experience muscle shakes, feel the burn, and sweat as you push your limits.
