 A fusion of Pilates, isometric holds, and deep stretches to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and release tension.

What to Expect:
Pilates Butt Legs first.

*My Pilates method engages the entire body by performing squats, lunges, planks, downward dog stretches, balance moves, pushups, etc. It is challenging, which transforms the body.

Do not expect to lay on a mat for an hour and tweak your muscles some.

**You will shake, your muscles will burn and you will sweat.**
